1. Document & Code Security

We employ enterprise-grade security to ensure your intellectual property remains yours:

End-to-End Encryption: All files uploaded to our platform are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Strict NDA Compliance: Every human editor and reviewer on our platform has signed a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before they can view a single line of your text or code.
No Third-Party AI Training: We never use your uploaded documents or code to train our own AI models, nor do we sell or provide your data to third-party LLM providers (like OpenAI or Anthropic) for training purposes. Your work remains yours.

2. Data Retention & Auto-Deletion

To minimize risk, we enforce a strict data retention policy. Once an order is marked as "Completed," your original files and the reviewed deliverables are securely retained for exactly 30 days to allow for revisions or support requests. After 30 days, all associated files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. You may also manually request immediate deletion at any time via your dashboard.

Account Information: Name, email address, and billing details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers).
Service Data: The documents, code snippets, and instructions you submit for review.
